# The Criminal Damage (Compensation) (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2009, Article 1: Title and commencement


(1) This Order may be cited as the Criminal Damage (Compensation) (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2009.
(2) This Article and Article 2 come into operation one week after the day on which this Order is made.
(3) Article 3 comes into operation on such day as the Secretary of State may by order appoint.
