The Lord Chancellor makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 25(8) and 26 of and paragraph 2A of Schedule 3 to the Access to Justice Act 1999.
A draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 25(9) of that Act.
