  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under section 55(4) of Part 4 of the Criminal Finances Act 2017 (c. 22), for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nProceeds Of Crime\nMade ***\nComing into force 31st January 2018\nThe Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 54(1) and (5) of the Criminal Finances Act 2017 (“the Act”).\nThe Secretary of State has, in accordance with section 55(1) of the Act—\n(a) consulted the Scottish Ministers, and\n(b) consulted the Department of Justice in Northern Ireland.\nIn accordance with section 55(4) of the Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.",
