# The Criminal Justice Act 1988 (Offensive Weapons) (Amendment) Order 2004, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act 1988 (Offensive Weapons) (Amendment) Order 2004 and shall come into force on the expiry of one month beginning with the day on which it is made.
