# The Criminal Justice Act 1988 (Offensive Weapons) (Amendment) Order 2016, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act 1988 (Offensive Weapons) (Amendment) Order 2016 and comes into force on the twenty-eighth day after the day on which it is made.
(2) This Order extends to England and Wales.
