  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act 1988 (Offensive Weapons) (Amendment, Surrender and Compensation) Order 2024.\n(2) This Order comes into force as follows—\n(a) This Part and Part 3 come into force on 26th June 2024;\n(b) Part 2 comes into force on 24th September 2024;\n(c) Part 4 comes into force on 26th August 2024.\n(3) This Order extends to England and Wales.",
