  "text": "Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 330(5)(a) of the Criminal Justice Act 2003, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nCriminal Law, England And Wales\nMade ***\nComing into force 8th April 2013\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 25(5) of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (“the Act”) as applied by section 25(7) of the Act.\nThe Secretary of State has prepared a revised code of practice in relation to conditional cautions under section 25(6) of the Act.\nIn accordance with section 25(3) of the Act, the Secretary of State has (with the consent of the Attorney General) published a draft of the revised code of practice, considered representations made to him about the draft and (with the consent the Attorney General) amended the draft accordingly.\nIn accordance with section 25(4) of the Act, the Secretary of State has laid the revised code of practice before each House of Parliament.\nIn accordance with section 330(5)(a) of the Act, a draft of this Order has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.",
