# The Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001 (Amendment) Order 2002, Article 2


In the Table in section 1(1) of the Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001, after the entry in respect of the Telecommunications Act 1984, there is inserted the following entry—
“
Section 5 of the Public Order Act 1986 (c. 64)
Behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress
”.
