  "text": "(1) The Table in section 1(1) of the Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001 is amended as follows.\n(2) After the entry relating to section 169A of the Licensing Act 1964, insert–\n“\nSection 169C(1)of the Licensing Act 1964 (c.26)\nBuying or attempting to buy alcohol by a person under 18\n”.\n(3) After the entry relating to section 169F of the Licensing Act 1964, insert–\n“\nSection 172(3) of the Licensing Act 1964 (c.26)\nSelling alcohol to a drunken person\n”.",
