# The Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001 (Amendment) Order 2012, Article 1: Citation and commencement


(1) This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001 (Amendment) Order 2012.
(2) This Order shall come into force one month after the day on which it is made.
