  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Table in section 1(1) of the Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001 (c.16) to add further offences in respect of which a penalty notice may be given. The offences are littering, dog fouling or cycling in the Royal Parks.\nA full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as it has no impact on the private or voluntary sectors.",
