# The Criminal Justice (Electronic Commerce) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2021, Regulation 2: Extent


(1) Except as provided in paragraph (2), these Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
(2) Any amendment made by these Regulations has the same extent as the provision amended.
