  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order adds Norephedrine to Table 1 of Schedule 2 to the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) Act 1990 (which specifies certain substances, useful for manufacture of controlled drugs, which are controlled under Part II of the Act).\nThe amendment reflects the addition of the substance to the Annex to the United Nations Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances 1988 (“the Vienna Convention”) under Article 12 of that Convention.",
