# The Criminal Justice (Northern Ireland Consequential Amendments) Order 2008, Article 2: Amendment of the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975


In Part 3 of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (c. 24) (other disqualifying offices)—
(a) omit the entry relating to the Life Sentence Review Commissioners; and
(b) at the appropriate place insert—
“Parole Commissioner for Northern Ireland”.
