Article 5 Amendment of the International Criminal Court Act 2001

The International Criminal Court Act 2001 (c. 17) is amended as follows.

In Schedule 7 (domestic provisions not applicable to ICC prisoners) in paragraph 3(2) at the end insert—

  • “Chapter 4 of Part 2 of the Criminal Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2008 (release on licence of certain prisoners).”.
