  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under section 14 of the Insolvency Act 2000, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nINSOLVENCY\nCOMPANIES\nINDIVIDUALS\nMade 2006\nComing into force 2006\nThese Regulations are made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Insolvency Act 2000.\nIn accordance with section 14(6) of that Act, the Lord Chancellor and the Scottish Ministers have agreed to the making of these Regulations.\nA draft of these Regulations has been laid before Parliament in accordance with section 14(5) of that Act and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.\nAccordingly, the Secretary of State makes the following Regulations:",
