# The Cross-Border Insolvency Regulations 2006, Regulation 4: Procedural matters in England and Wales


Schedule 2 to these Regulations (which makes provision about procedural matters in England and Wales in connection with the application of the UNCITRAL Model Law as set out in Schedule 1 to these Regulations) shall have effect.
