# The Cross-Border Insolvency Regulations 2006, Paragraph 42: Title of proceedings


(1) Every proceeding under these Regulations shall, with any necessary additions, be intituled “IN THE MATTER OF . . . (naming the debtor to which the proceedings relate) AND IN THE MATTER OF THE CROSS-BORDER INSOLVENCY REGULATIONS 2006”.
(2) Sub-paragraph (1) shall not apply in respect of any form prescribed under these Regulations.
