# The Cross-Border Insolvency Regulations 2006, Paragraph 55: Right of attendance for member State liquidator


For the purposes of paragraph 54(1), a member State liquidator appointed in relation to a debtor subject to proceedings under these Regulations shall be deemed to be a creditor.
