# The Cross-Border Insolvency Regulations 2006, Paragraph 56: British insolvency officeholder’s solicitor


Where in any proceedings the attendance of the British insolvency officeholder’s solicitor is required, whether in court or in chambers, the British insolvency officeholder himself need not attend, unless directed by the court.
