# The Cross-Border Insolvency Regulations 2006, Paragraph 63: “The court”


(1) Anything to be done in proceedings under these Regulations by, to or before the court may be done by, to or before a judge of the High Court or a Registrar.
(2) Where these Regulations require or permit the court to perform an act of a formal or administrative character, that act may be performed by a court officer.
