# The Cross-Border Insolvency Regulations 2006, Paragraph 76: General provisions as to service and notice


Subject to paragraphs 22, 75 and 77, CPR Part 6 (service of documents) applies as regards any matter relating to the service of documents and the giving of notice in proceedings under these Regulations.
