  "text": "(1) The Fair Employment and Treatment (Northern Ireland) Order 1998 is amended as follows.\n(2) In Article 46 (period within which proceedings must be brought)—\n(a) in paragraph (1), omit “to Article 46A,”;\n(b) in paragraphs (2), (3) and (4), omit “and to Article 46A,”.\n(3) Omit Article 46A (extension of time limits: mediation).",
