# The Cross-Border Mediation (EU Directive) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 14


(1) The Fair Employment and Treatment (Northern Ireland) Order 1998 is amended as follows.
(2) In Article 46 (period within which proceedings must be brought)—
(a) in paragraph (1), omit “to Article 46A,”;
(b) in paragraphs (2), (3) and (4), omit “and to Article 46A,”.
(3) Omit Article 46A (extension of time limits: mediation).
