# The Cross-Border Mediation (EU Directive) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 2


(1) The Land Registration Act (Northern Ireland) 1970 is amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 9 (compensation payable under the Act)—
(a) in paragraph 4(1), omit “and paragraph 4A”;
(b) omit paragraph 4A.
