# The Crown Agents Holding and Realisation Board (Prescribed Day) Order 2008, Article 5: Payments


(1) Any sums transferred by, or accruing under, this Order to the Secretary of State are to be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
(2) Any sums to be provided for the purposes of this Order are to be paid out of money provided by Parliament.
