  "heading": "Power of Ministerial direction",
  "text": "(1) The Scottish Ministers may direct Crown Estate Scotland (Interim Management) as to the performance of its functions.\n(2) A direction under paragraph (1)—\n(a) may be general or relate to a particular function or matter;\n(b) must—\n(i) be in writing; and\n(ii) be published (as soon as practicable after it is communicated to Crown Estate Scotland (Interim Management)).\n(3) The Scottish Ministers may revise or revoke a direction under paragraph (1).\n(4) Paragraph (2)(b) applies to the revision or revocation of a direction under paragraph (1) as it applies to such a direction.",
