Article 17 Grants and loans to Crown Estate Scotland (Interim Management)

The Scottish Ministers may make grants and loans to Crown Estate Scotland (Interim Management).(1)
(2)
A grant or loan under paragraph (1) is subject to such conditions (including conditions as to repayment) as the Scottish Ministers may determine.
(3)
The Scottish Ministers may, from time to time after the grant or loan is made, vary the conditions on which it was made.
