  "text": "(1) When appointing members of Crown Estate Scotland (Interim Management), the Scottish Ministers are to have regard to the desirability of ensuring that the membership as a whole has skills, expertise and experience relevant to its functions.\n(2) The Scottish Ministers may not appoint a person as a member of Crown Estate Scotland (Interim Management) if the person is—\n(a) a member of the Scottish Parliament;\n(b) a member of the House of Commons;\n(c) a member of the House of Lords;\n(d) a member of the European Parliament.",
