  "text": "Draft Order in Council laid before the Scottish Parliament under section 36(11) of the Scotland Act 2016, for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nConstitutional Law\nDevolution, Scotland\nMade 2017\nComing into force in accordance with article 1(1)\nAt the Court at [ ], the [ ] day of [ ] 2017\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nThis Order is made by Her Majesty in Council in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 36(9) and (10) of the Scotland Act 2016.\nIn accordance with section 36(11) of the Scotland Act 2016, a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nAccordingly Her Majesty, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, makes the following Order:",
