  "text": "If an employee is dismissed—\n(a) by the Commissioners before the transfer date, or\n(b) by the transferee on or after the transfer date,\nthe employee is to be treated as unfairly dismissed for the purposes of Part 10 of the 1996 Act (unfair dismissal) if the sole or principal reason for the dismissal is the transfer.",
