Paragraph 11 Interpretation

In this Part—

• “agreement” means an agreement under paragraph 11(2) of the electronics communications code (appropriate authority agrees in relation to a Crown interest to the exercise of a right conferred under paragraph 11(1) of the code in respect of tidal waters); and

• “electronic communications code” has the same meaning as in section 106 of the Communications Act 2003^f1.

Terms used in this Part which are also used in the electronic communications code have the same meaning as in the code.
