Paragraph 10 Harbours Act 1964
In section 52 of the Harbours Act 1964 (application to Crown)f1—
(a)
in subsection (3)(c)(i), at the end insert “or the relevant person”, and
(b)
after subsection (3), insert—
“(3A)In subsection (3), “relevant person”, in relation to any land to which section 90B(5) of the Scotland Act 1998 applies, means the person who manages that land.”.
