  "text": "In regulation 2(1) of the Housing Benefit (Persons who have attained the qualifying age for state pension credit) Regulations 2006 (interpretation), as that regulation applies in relation to Scotland—\n(a) in the definition of “Crown tenant”, at the end insert “or a relevant person”, and\n(b) insert in the appropriate place—\n““relevant person”, in relation to any property, rights or interests to which section 90B(5) of the Scotland Act 1998 applies, means the person who manages that property or those rights or interests;”.",
