Paragraph 106 Port of Cairnryan Harbour Empowerment Order 2007
In article 33 of the Port of Cairnryan Harbour Empowerment Order 2007 (Crown rights)f1—
(a)
in paragraph (1)(a)—
(i)
after “Crown Estate Commissioners” insert “or a relevant person”, and
(ii)
at the end insert “or (as the case may be) that person”; and
(b)
after paragraph (1), insert—
“(1A)In paragraph (1), “relevant person”, in relation to any property, rights or interests to which section 90B(5) of the Scotland Act 1998 applies, means the person who manages that property or those rights or interests.”.
