Paragraph 111 Dumfries and Galloway Council (Port William) Harbour Empowerment Order 2008

The Dumfries and Galloway Council (Port William) Harbour Empowerment Order 2008f1 is amended as follows.
(2)
In article 2(1) (interpretation), insert in the appropriate place—
““relevant person”, in relation to any property, rights or interests to which section 90B(5) of the Scotland Act 1998 applies, means the person who manages that property or those rights or interests;”.
(3)
In article 7(2)(b) (reclamation of land), at the end insert “or the relevant person having management of that land”.
(4)
In article 56(1)(a) (Crown rights)—
(a)
after “Crown Estate Commissioners” insert “or a relevant person”, and
(b)
at the end insert “or (as the case may be) that person”.
