Paragraph 127 Shetland Islands Regulated Fishery (Scotland) Order 2012
In article 11 of the Shetland Islands Regulated Fishery (Scotland) Order 2012 (rights of the Crown)f1—
(a)
in paragraph (1)—
(i)
after “Crown Estate Commissioners” insert “or a relevant person”, and
(ii)
at the end insert “or (as the case may be) that person”; and
(b)
after paragraph (1), insert—
“(1A)In paragraph (1), “relevant person”, in relation to any property, rights or interests to which section 90B(5) of the Scotland Act 1998 applies, means the person who manages that property or those rights or interests.”.
