  "text": "In article 7 of the Loch Sligachan, Isle of Skye, Scallops Several Fishery Order 2013 (rights of the Crown)—\n(a) the existing text becomes paragraph (1),\n(b) at the end of that paragraph, insert “or a relevant person”, and\n(c) after paragraph (1), insert—\n“(2) In paragraph (1), “relevant person”, in relation to any property, rights or interests to which section 90B(5) of the Scotland Act 1998 applies, means the person who manages that property or those rights or interests.”.",
