Paragraph 3 Military Lands Act 1892

In section 10 of the Military Lands Act 1892 (provision as to land belonging to the Crown)^f1—

(a)

in subsection (2)—

(i)

after “or departments” insert “or a relevant person,”, and

(ii)

after “or department” insert “or the relevant person”; and

(b)

after subsection (3), insert—

“(4)
In this section, “relevant person”, in relation to any land to which section 90B(5) of the Scotland Act 1998 applies, means the person who manages that land.”.
