Paragraph 41 Flood Risk Management (Scotland) Act 2009
In section 91 of the Flood Risk Management (Scotland) Act 2009 (Crown application)f1—
(a)
in subsection (7)(b)(ii), at the end insert “or the relevant person”, and
(b)
after subsection (7), insert—
“(7A)In subsection (7), “relevant person”, in relation to any land to which section 90B(5) of the Scotland Act 1998 applies, means the person who manages that land.”.
