Paragraph 44 Reservoirs (Scotland) Act 2011
In section 110 of the Reservoirs (Scotland) Act 2011 (Crown application)f1—
(a)
in subsection (7)(b)(ii), at the end insert “or the relevant person”, and
(b)
after subsection (7), insert—
“(7A)In subsection (7), “relevant person”, in relation to any land to which section 90B(5) of the Scotland Act 1998 applies, means the person who manages that land.”.
