Paragraph 51 Tay Road Bridge Order Confirmation Act 1991

(1)

The Order in the Schedule to the Tay Road Bridge Order Confirmation Act 1991^f1, which was confirmed by section 1 of that Act, is amended as follows.

(2)

In section 82 (Crown rights)—

(a)

in subsection (1)(a)—

(i)

after “Crown Estate Commissioners” insert “or a relevant person”, and

(ii)

after “those commissioners” insert “or (or as the case may be) that person”; and

(b)

after subsection (1), insert—

“(1A)
In subsection (1), “relevant person”, in relation to any property, rights or interests to which section 90B(5) of the Scotland Act 1998 applies, means the person who manages that property or those rights or interests.”.
