Paragraph 55 British Railways Act 1993
In section 44 of the British Railways Act 1993 (Crown rights)f1—
(a)
in subsection (1)(a)—
(i)
after “Crown Estate Commissioners” insert “or a relevant person”, and
(ii)
at the end insert “or (as the case may be) that person”; and
(b)
after subsection (1), insert—
“(1A)In subsection (1), “relevant person”, in relation to any property, rights or interests to which section 90B(5) of the Scotland Act 1998 applies, means the person who manages that property or those rights or interests.”.
