Paragraph 70 Disability Working Allowance (General) Regulations 1991

In regulation 2(1) of the Disability Working Allowance (General) Regulations 1991 (interpretation)f1—

(a)

in the definition of “Crown property”, at the end insert “or a relevant person”, and

(b)

insert in the appropriate place—

  • ““relevant person”, in relation to any property, rights or interests to which section 90B(5) of the Scotland Act 1998 applies, means the person who manages that property or those rights or interests;”.
