# The Crown Estate Transfer Scheme 2017, Paragraph 71: Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 1992


In regulation 2(1) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 1992 (interpretation), in paragraph (ii)(aa) of the definition of “operational Crown land”, after “Crown Estate” insert “or forming part of the property, rights and interests to which section 90B(5) of the Scotland Act 1998 applies”.
