Paragraph 80 Scrabster (Forward Supply Base) Harbour Revision Order 1998
In article 21 of the Scrabster (Forward Supply Base) Harbour Revision Order 1998 (Crown rights)f1—
(a)
in paragraph (1)(a)—
(i)
after “Crown Estate Commissioners” insert “or a relevant person”, and
(ii)
at the end insert “or (as the case may be) that person”; and
(b)
after paragraph (1), insert—
“(1A)In paragraph (1), “relevant person”, in relation to any property, rights or interests to which section 90B(5) of the Scotland Act 1998 applies, means the person who manages that property or those rights or interests.”.
