Paragraph 91 Comhairle nan Eilean Siar (Various Harbours) Harbour Revision Order 2002

The Comhairle nan Eilean Siar (Various Harbours) Harbour Revision Order 2002^f1 is amended as follows.

In article 2(1) (interpretation), insert in the appropriate place—

““relevant person”, in relation to any property, rights or interests to which section 90B(5) of the Scotland Act 1998 applies, means the person who manages that property or those rights or interests;”.

(3)

In article 7(2)(b) (reclamation of land), at the end insert “or the relevant person”.

(4)

In article 61(1)(a) (Crown rights)—

(a)

after “Crown Estate Commissioners” insert “or a relevant person”, and

(b)

at the end insert “or (as the case may be) that person”.
