# The Crown Estate Transfer Scheme 2017, Paragraph 93: Loch Caolisport Scallops Several Fishery (Scotland) Order 2002


In article 8 of the Loch Caolisport Scallops Several Fishery (Scotland) Order 2002 (rights of the Crown)—
(a) the existing text becomes paragraph (1),
(b) at the end of that paragraph, insert “or a relevant person”, and
(c) after paragraph (1), insert—
“(2) In paragraph (1), “relevant person”, in relation to any property, rights or interests to which section 90B(5) of the Scotland Act 1998 applies, means the person who manages that property or those rights or interests.”.
