Paragraph 94 State Pension Credit Regulations 2002

In paragraph 13(6) of Schedule 2 to the State Pension Credit Regulations 2002 (other housing costs)f1—

(a)

in paragraph (b), at the end of the definition of “Crown tenant”, insert “or a relevant person”, and

(b)

after paragraph (d), insert—

  • “; and

    1. (e)

      “relevant person”, in relation to any property, rights or interests to which section 90B(5) of the Scotland Act 1998 applies, means the person who manages that property or those rights or interests.”.
