Article 10 Amendment of the Sub-national Transport Body (Transport for the North) Regulations 2018

(1)

The Sub-national Transport Body (Transport for the North) Regulations 2018^f1 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2)

In regulation 2(1) (interpretation) in the definition of “constituent authorities”—

(a)

omit “Cumberland Council” and “Westmorland and Furness Council”; and

(b)

above “Greater Manchester Combined Authority”, insert “Cumbria Combined Authority”.
